Our story

An association
born to act.

CLAVE Youth 2 Can Act was founded in Valencia in April 2026 with a clear mission: to generate real social impact through non-formal education, participatory facilitation and the connection between people and communities.

We are a non-profit, non-political, non-religious association with local, national and European vocation. We work primarily in Valencia and Alicante, and are qualified to operate as a sending or hosting organisation for Erasmus+ projects.

Mission

Generate real social impact through non-formal education, participatory facilitation and connecting people and communities.

Vision

A Valencian territory where any young person, regardless of their starting point, has access to real tools to build their future.

Values

Inclusion, neurodiversity, democratic participation, peer learning and triple impact: social, economic and sustainable.

Our methodology

The CSA Model.

A participatory facilitation framework with three interconnected stages that guarantee real, measurable impact for every participant.

Stage 1

Clarify

Learning starts from the real needs of participants. We explore what they want to change, what obstacles they face and what resources they have.

  • Participatory diagnosis
  • Structured active listening
  • Personal resource mapping
Stage 2

Solutions

Collective generation of solutions through structured dialogue. Each participant contributes their perspective and collective intelligence emerges naturally.

  • Facilitated co-creation
  • Appreciative dialogue
  • Collective intelligence
Stage 3

Action

Culminates in concrete, measurable actions with real impact. Participants leave with a personalised action plan and the support of the CLAVE community.

  • Personal action plan
  • Measurable impact
  • Follow-up and evaluation
