How the partnership works
A simple, transparent process from first contact to your young people's return.
Initial meeting
We meet (online or in person) to understand your organisation, your young people's profile and what kind of experience you're looking for. No commitment required at this stage.
Programme matching
We identify the right Erasmus+ programme (KA152 youth exchange, ESC volunteering or KA153 mobility for youth workers) and match it with a suitable European partner organisation.
Partnership agreement
We sign a formal partnership agreement defining roles, responsibilities and timelines. CLAVE acts as coordinating or sending organisation depending on the project structure.
Preparation & selection
We help you select and prepare participants: motivation letter workshops, pre-departure briefings, language preparation and intercultural orientation.
Programme & follow-up
Your young people complete the programme with full support. On their return, we facilitate reintegration, Youthpass reflection sessions and impact documentation.
"Partnering with CLAVE was the best decision we made for our youth group. Three of our members went to Portugal, came back transformed, and are now leading projects in our community."
Frequently asked questions

No. You can participate as a sending partner under CLAVE's accreditation. We guide you through any accreditation process if you want to manage your own projects in the future.
How many young people can participate?
Typically 4–10 participants per project, depending on programme type and available places. We notify partner organisations in advance of available slots each year.
What are the age requirements?
KA152 youth exchanges: 18–30 years old. European Solidarity Corps volunteering: 18–30. Youth worker mobility (KA153): no upper age limit for youth workers.
Is there a cost for our organisation?
The programmes are fully funded by the EU Erasmus+ grant. There is no cost for participants. For organisations, any administrative costs are minimal and discussed transparently upfront.
