5. Data Retention
- Contact form data: 12 months after your last communication with us
- Programme participation data: 5 years (required by EU Erasmus+ grant obligations)
- Newsletter data: Until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
- Formspree (form processing): Processes contact form submissions. Data processed in the EU.
- Google Analytics: Website visit analytics. Anonymous aggregated data. You can opt out via cookie settings.
- Google Fonts: Loads the Nunito font. IP address transmitted to Google servers.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International Data Transfers
Some service providers (Google) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google's EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliance.
